Hi, I’m Megan
I’m an Business Operations Program Manager who keeps teams moving and work flowing. I help teams stay aligned, focused, and clear on what’s next, so they can deliver great experiences without the chaos.
With 15 years in project and program management, including 13 in business operations, I’ve supported both hardware and software product development as well as the creation of substantial digital work products. I hold an MBA and PMP certification, and I’m known for calmly bringing structure to ambiguity, creating systems that scale, and making sure the right people have what they need to succeed.
